Novi de 1505 (Cinquième Centenaire du Bicamèralisme en Pologne).
Cracow/Cracovie/Kraków 5-7 September 2005
The 56th Conference will be held at the Faculty of
Law of the Jagiellonian University of Cracow between 5-7 September 2005, on
the occasion the five hundredth anniversary of the adoption of the Nihil
Novi Statute in 1505 marking the separation of the legislative and the
executive power and introduction of bicameralism into constitutional system
of the Kingdom of Poland.
Le 56ème Congrès se tiendra à la Faculté de droit
de l’Université de Cracovie du 5 au 7 septembre 2005 à l’occasion de
cinquième centenaire de la constitution Nihil Novi de 1505 qui a
separé la législation du pouvoir royal et a introduit définitivement le
bicaméralisme dans le système constitutionnel du Royaume de Pologne.

d’Etats en Europe du Moyen Age jusqu’en 1848.

Parliaments and the political culture – Middle Ages through the 20th
century/ Parlementes et la cultura politique – Moyen Age jusqu’au XXe siècle.
3.
Law-creating procedures as applied in representative bodies – Middle
Ages through the 20th century/ Les procédures législatives
appliqués dans les corps législatifs – Moyen Age jusqu’au XXe siècle.
The organizer of the Conference will be Wac³aw
Uruszczak, Professor of his-tory of law at the Jagiellonian University. He
will be sending out further details to the participants.
