Dr Saulius Lukas Kalėda został mianowany sędzią Sądu Unii Europejskiej
Uprzejmie informujemy, że decyzją przedstawicieli rządów państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej z dnia 15 września 2023 r., dr Saulius Lukas Kalėda został mianowany sędzią Sądu Unii Europejskiej.
Dr Saulius Kalėda jest wieloletnim współpracownikiem Katedry Prawa Europejskiego.
W 2002 r dr Kalėda uzyskał stopień naukowy doktora nauk prawnych na podstawie rozprawy „Przejęcie prawa wspólnotowego przez nowe państwo członkowskie: zagadnienia przejściowe i międzyczasowe”, napisanej pod kierunkiem prof. S. Biernata.
Od 2013 r. dr Kalėda współprowadzi na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji zajęcia z przedmiotu EU Procedural Law, na które zapraszamy również w tym roku !

We would like to announce that by decision of the representatives of the governments of the Member States of the European Union on 15 September 2023, Dr. Saulius Lukas Kalėda has been appointed a judge of the General Court of the European Union.
Dr. Saulius Kalėda is a long-time collaborator of the Chair of European Law.
In 2002, Dr. Kalėda received his doctoral degree in legal sciences on the basis of the dissertation „Acquisition of Community Law by a New Member State: Transitional and Inter-Temporal Issues”, written under the supervision of Prof. S. Biernat.
Since 2013, Dr. Kalėda has been co-teaching the EU Procedural Law course at the Department of Law and Administration, which we invite you to attend this year as well!
We sincerely congratulate Dr. Kalėda and wish him success in his judicial functions !!!
