W Instytucie Prawa Chińskiej Akademii Nauk Społecznych (CASS) w Pekinie odbyło się 25 kwietnia 2019 roku już IV Chińsko-Polskie Seminarium Prawa Porównawczego. Tym razem za temat wybrano „The Theory and Practice of Contract Law”. W seminarium prócz uczonych z CASS wzięli udział profesorowie pekińskich uniwersytetów: Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law oraz University of International Business and Economics. Polskę reprezentowali uczeni prawnicy z Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, Uniwersytetu Śląskiego i Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Delegacji polskiej przewodniczyli dziekani WPiA UJ prof. Jerzy Pisuliński i WPiA UW prof. Toamsz Giaro oraz prof. Ewa Rott-Pietrzyk z WPiA UŚ.
