SPECIAL NOTICE: 

As it was decided in Paris and Bologna, the 72^nd Session of the Société Internationale Fernand de Visscher pour l’Histoire des Droits de l’Antiquité (SIHDA) is held at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The conference will begin on Tuesday afternoon, September 11, 2018, and end on Saturday, September 15, 2018. The central theme, as we decided in Bologna, is:

Your paper has to focus on Antiquity Law or the heritage of Antiquity Law, and as always will be scheduled for 20 minutes with 10 minutes for discussion. We remind you that French is the official language of the conference, but your papers may also be given in English, Italian, German or Spanish. As usual, all colleagues wishing to give a paper are asked to send a short summary (ca. 10 lines) before June 30.

Each person who would like to attend the conference should register on-line.

Early registration fee will be accepted only if it is received before June 20, 2018. After this date only late registration fee will be accepted.

In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

Basic registration fee includes: admission to the lectures, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinners.

Full registration fee includes: admission to the lectures, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinners and the chosen conference trip (September 15, 2018).

Basic accompanying person fee includes: coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinners.

Full accompanying person fee includes: coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinners and the chosen conference trip (September 15, 2018).

Reduced fee is dedicated only for the participants under the age of 30.

Cancellation and fee change policy

Registration cancellation before June 30, 2018 – full refund (minus banking charges).

Registration cancellation after June 30, 2018 – no refund.

Fee change before June 30, 2018 – full refund of the difference (minus banking charges).
Fee change after June 30, 2018 – no refund.

Cancellations and changes must be conferred in writing.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.

1. Credit card (on-line payment)

After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link.

Tick the amount of registration fee and click Pay on-line button. You will be transferred to the payment system (Polcard). 

2. Bank transfer

After logging in to the registration system click  Edit registration fees link. 

Choose Payments and invoices tab. You will be provided with bank transfer data.

Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference code (SIHDA 2018).

All the bank charges should be covered by the participant.
