Wieści z MTK – Uroczystość zaprzysiężenie prof. P. Hofmańskiego
Informujemy, że ceremonia zaprzysiężenia nowych sędziów Międzynarodowego Trybunału Karnego została zaplanowana na 10 marca 2015 r.na godz. 15.30 i będzie transmitowana na żywo w internecie na stronie icc-cpi.int zakładka Press and Media – Press Releases , info pod datą 06/03/2015. Info oznaczono jako Six newly elected ICC judges to be sworn in on 10 March 2015.
Zostanie złożona przysięga o następującej treści: “I solemnly undertake that I will perform my duties and exercise my powers as a judge of the International Criminal Court honourably, faithfully, impartially and conscientiously, and that I will respect the confidentiality of investigations and prosecutions and the secrecy of deliberations”.
